Mr. Khorakiwala desired to construct a luxurious building for his own dwelling at Peddar Road. The building consists of 7 floors with a swimming pool on the top floor.

Inspired by Moorish architecture the building speaks of an aesthetic sensibility that is unique and exquisite. The use of geometric patterns, horseshoe archways & ornate composition of the façade sets the residence apart from others in the vicinity.
