Balador, situtated 2000 feet above sea level, is a 45 acre township along the Talegaon lake. With views of the Sahyadri mountain range in the background, it makes for a truly idyllic setting.

The development is a well-balanced blend of residential and commercial properties served by an array of world class amenities. The clients vision was to plan a modern residential complex embedded in nature. The nine buildings are planned to envelope a beautiful stepped garden with vehicular traffic at the periphery. A free flowing curvilinear skin - mirroring the fluidity in nature - forms the façade of the buildings.

Our design resulted in a residential complex where one is welcomed by the sound of cascading water, where children play without hindrance, and where each apartment has a lovely garden view.
