Spread over 80 acres of lush land, the legend City Bangalore was a property planned with 510 bungalows.

As per the norms, 50 percent of the site had to be maintained as green spaces. The green spaces were divided & distributed such that every home overlooked a garden. This increased the total perimeter of the garden spaces. A continuous pedestrian pathway linked all the green spaces. So even if a bungalow did not overlook a green, it was only a two-minute walk away from a garden space and further connected to an entire pathway route girdled by greens.

Plot sizes were 50m x 60m and 60m x 90m and double storey bungalows were designed as L-shaped ranging from 2 BHK to 4 BHK. The bungalows were to be sold at the cost of apartments.

5 Acres in the center was reserved for a clubhouse. The clubhouse was designed as freestanding pavilions in a garden.
