Treeshade Society is located along the western express highway, in a lively neighborhood and features a thoughtfully designed C-shaped building that surrounds a central recreational green courtyard. This layout creates a well shaded, comfortable and welcoming community space for residents, addressing the needs of all age groups. An additional landscaped green creates a buffer from the busy highway alongside the eastern edge.

Due to its location within the air funnel, the society adheres to height restrictions as per civil aviation regulations. Despite these limitations, the design achieves a balance between aesthetics, functionality, and regulatory compliance. The design prioritizes safety and comfort in its layout and building orientation.

The design of the residential units plays a key role in shaping the project. It includes apartments of various sizes required to meet the diverse needs of the existing residents. The apartments are designed to ensure good light and ventilation and an efficient utilisation of space. Treeshade offers a variety of suitable living options for the new residents as well. The design is inclusive and encourages social interaction. It ensures that the existing residents are not segregated, but are well integrated into the overall scheme along with the new residents of the society.
