IIConcept Design

Developing the approved schematic design
Development of design to include over all structural and building services systems, general specifications and cost plan.
Conceptualizing the design into refined 3D massing and perspectives.
Finalization of design brief & area statement according to the design.

IIIMunicipal Drawings

Preparation of municipal drawings and documents to submit to local architect for planning permissions.

Not following the processes in Design may result in a compromised quality of built environment. Defaulting in municipal permissions may result in suspension of the project and legal trouble.
